Dexter Wansel - Life On Mars (1976)


Some futuristic funk from American keyboardist and composer, Dexter Wansel.  This album was his most commercially successful and features swirling moog leads, lush strings and sleazy saxophones.  "Together Once Again" and "One Million Miles From the Ground" provide the album's more laid back moments, while the rest of the album is made up of full on jazz-funk stompers.  Here's a couple of the tracks from the album to whet your appetite.
